Positive Pressure Clean Room

Allflight meets the FAA advisory
circular 145-6 that mandates repair station requirements for composite
and bonded aircraft structure repairs.
Our clean room consists of a positive pressure system with temp and humidity control, air filtration systems, and is designed to minimize dirt traps that could cause failures in the bonding process.Back to top
Full Re-skin Bond Fixtures
Allflight has the in house capability to develop and fabricate tooling to support autoclave re-skin and re-core.
Our state of the art machine shop has the capability to develop and fabricate tooling to support several components as our autoclave re-skin and re-core requirements increase; building spar bars, ribs, webs, bond & assy fixtures to verify fit, form and function to OEM requirements. Allflight utilizes a twenty thousand pound tensile test machine capable of peel drums, lap shears and wedge extension testing.Back to top

AOG Service
Allflight stores and tracks every component with a state of the art computer tracking system. We track all aspects of repair /overhaul process from receipt and inspection, to tear-down and repair, and from reassembly and final inspection to shipment.
