an exceptional benefit to the Northwest, our own fully Operational
Primary Flight Control Surfaces and Structural & Composite repair
facility. Our organization is proud to offer the repair and overhaul
of flight control surfaces, cowlings, doors, fairings, and thrust
reversers.
Allflight Corporation is a full service provider
for the ATA chapters 25, 26, 27, 32, 33, 38, 53, 55, 56, 57, 71 and
78. We are located minutes from Seattle/Tacoma international Airport
in Kent Washington; in addition we are in close proximity to the
Boeing distribution parts center, making it easy to purchase and
pick-up piece parts required for the repair and or overhaul of components
that we service for same day requirements!
OUR CAPABILITIES – Structural
Control
Surfaces & Composite Repairs
Diversifying capability to better suit our customers needs, Allflight added flight control surfaces to our FAA approved capability list. These components quickly became dominant within the Allflight organization. We brought on Management with over 30 combined years of structural repair and overhaul experience on all Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
If you require a simple hot bond composite repair or a
full metal bond rebuild, Allflight MRO provides total solutions
for customers on a global platform. Units are carefully disassembled
and reassembled per OEM and FAA requirements. Fit form and function
is verified before any product is released for return to service.

Structural Components
We at Allflight MRO have
full capability to remove and replace leading edge caps and rib
assemblies per the latest OEM, FAA approved data.
Allflight MRO
takes pride in the finished product. We have invested in state
of the art down/side draft paint booth. Making certain that both
the customers' end product is superior quality and the technician
works in a safe working environment.
Allflight has the capability
to repair and overhaul all fairings, doors and cowling configurations.
Sheet metal re-skins, structural repairs, and service bulletin
modification are all part of the services provided by the Allflight

Ovens
Aircraft ovens are continually run at high temperatures and just as quickly are shut down. In addition they are an aircraft component that requires rigorous testing including the repair of its total delicate structure. Allflight uses a 400htz 3 phase power supply to simulate the actual conditions this component encounters. Sanitation Components
Sanitation
components are completely disassembled and then they go through
an environmentally safe chemical cleaning process. The entire unit
is then reassembled and tested on our sophisticated OEM approved
test stand.
Allflight Specializes in Monogram, Envirovac and
Rogerson Vacuum Toilet Assemblies. All overhauls and exchanges

FAA PMA support
In recognizing the high cost
of OEM list and turn time involved, Allflight has its own state of
the art machine shop that has the capability to develop and manufacture
its own PMA approved parts. An example is the Boeing 737 all generation
snubber lining which has proven to be successful, reliable and cost
