ALLFLIGHT REACHES AN AGREEMENT FOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE AND RE-ORGANIZATION
TO FUTURE LEVERAGE ITS POSITION IN THE MRO BUSINESS
Kent, WA. – Formerly known as Malco Aeroglaze, Allflight
has operated in the Seattle area serving the world’s finest
airlines with quality repairs since 1970. The company originally
started as a chapter 56 Window repair shop. During 2003, it became
the maintenance division of Infinity
Air, Inc, serving as Infinity Air repair. Over its
extensive 30-year history, Allflight has developed an industry-wide
reputation for exceptional quality, a critical requirement for
airline customers for whom safety is a paramount consideration.
In recent years, the company has leveraged this reputation to
significantly grow its customer base, while maintaining a strong
relationship with all Infinity Air Group customers and as its
primary MRO provider. As of 2008, Randy Elvrom, takes on his
new role as the accounts manager of Allflight and Jimmy Wu as
the President of Allflight, in order to future leverage its position
in the MRO business.
Allflight is
a leading, full-service maintenance, repair and overhaul service
provider to the commercial airline industry located just minutes
from Seattle / Tacoma International Airport in Kent, Washington.
In addition, the company is located in close proximity to Boeing
distribution parts center, enabling it to purchase and pick up
piece parts required for repair and overhaul of components serviced
for same day requirements. Allflight is a full service provider
for the ATA chapters 25, 26, 27, 32, 33, 38, 53, 55, 56, 71 and
78. The company specializes in the overhaul and repair of aircraft
windows and windshield assemblies, flight control surfaces, structural/composite
components, ovens, coffee makers, lavatories, seats and galley
assemblies. Allflight’s vast repair and overhaul capabilities
include Boeing, Douglas, Lockheed, Airbus, Fokker, Embraer, DeHavilland,
and most other commercial aircraft being operated today by airlines
around the world.
